Each $29 Single Seller subscription covers one specific posting. You can have several at once, and each one can end independently when that equipment is no longer being sold.

A 30-listing plan can keep up to 30 included listings active at once. Mark one sold or inactive, and that included spot opens for another piece.

What counts as an active listing?
A listing counts against reusable plan capacity while it is available or sale pending in the marketplace. When equipment is marked sold, removed, paused or otherwise made inactive, that reusable slot becomes available for another piece of equipment.
Can I have more than one Single Seller listing?
Yes. A Single Seller subscription is tied to one specific piece of equipment, but your BigEquipCo account can have as many separate Single Seller subscriptions as you choose. Each individual listing has its own $29 monthly subscription and its own renewal date.
What if I need more active listings than my plan includes, but not enough to move up to the next tier?
That is perfectly fine. You can keep your current reusable-capacity plan and add the extra equipment as individual $29/month listings. For example, a Small Dealer plan includes 10 reusable spots for $215/month. If you need 12 active listings, you can keep Small Dealer and add 2 individual listings for $58, for a total of $273/month. You only move to a larger plan when you decide it makes more sense for you.
Does BigEquipCo automatically force me into a larger tier?
No. BigEquipCo can show you when another tier may save money, but adding equipment above your included capacity does not force an upgrade. You can continue using individually billed listings above your current plan.
What happens to individual overage listings when a reusable spot opens?
BigEquipCo can automatically move an eligible individually billed active listing into the newly available reusable spot. The individual subscription is then marked not to renew at the end of its already-paid term. There is no ordinary prorated refund for that cancellation.
Does my seller type force a plan?
No. Seller classification and inventory capacity are separate. A private seller can choose a larger plan if needed, and a smaller dealer can begin with a lower-capacity option.
How does the first-time seller promotion work?
First eligible listing only. A new piece of equipment requires a new Single Seller posting or available capacity on an eligible inventory plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Normal cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current paid term, with no prorated refund. You keep the applicable service through that term and the subscription does not renew. Approved upgrades or consolidations are different and may apply eligible unused prepaid value as a prorated credit.
Will my plan downgrade if I have fewer active listings?
No. BigEquipCo never automatically downgrades a reusable-capacity plan when usage drops. Downgrades are customer-initiated and take effect according to the billing terms shown for the change.
What happens when I move from 10 listings to 30?
If you choose the 30-listing Dealer plan, it adds more reusable active inventory capacity and begins the included monthly BigEquipCo Magazine benefit with a 1/8-page Dealers-section advertisement.
Are dealer websites included in the marketplace subscription?
Dealer Websites are a separate add-on product. Eligible dealers can use the same BigEquipCo inventory to power a hosted website on their own domain.
